I thought the girl at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful. I wish more people in the world like her. I can't remember her name it's shaquita or something like that she was working the evening shift. She definitely deserves 5 stars and a pat on the back for a job well done. I keep coming back I really love staying there and I've seen her every time and every time she was so helpful and friendly. I have nothing negative to say about her or the hotel as a matter of fact. Can't really say I liked much, just some where to stay while we were on VACA. But the lady @ the front(heavy set) she was so sweet, kind, & patience with us

Beds was comfortable, AC was good. Hot water and water pressure was good. Excellent internet. It was close to restaurants ,highways and to where I needed to go. Staff was friendly okay customer service.

I liked the location and the convenience of being able to get to the town center or the beach in less than 15 minutes.

This hotel is being updated and the work so far is great. Check-in was fairly simple. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was exceptionally attractive and our group. The location worked out great for our family of 14 to get up, have breakfast and make it to the cruise terminal in time for our check-in. I would definitely stay here again.
